Yoga for Scoliosis DVD & Booklet Combo

This spiral-bound booklet shows photographic poses for scoliosis that include a beginner's sequence along with more advanced poses for continuing students. It also includes information about scoliosis, describes the benefits of yoga for scoliosis and gives Elise's approach to using yoga to help manage the complications of scoliosis. Can be used together with or separately from the Yoga for Scoliosis DVD.

This DVD provides a beginning home practice for anyone with a major scoliosis to minor imbalances throughout the body. These poses will empower you to take charge of your own back to improve posture and reduce pain and discomfort. This video is based upon a therapeutic yoga program that Elise has developed for her own scoliosis and has been used with clients around the world.
